ALTERNATIVE YOKE TYPE
The yoke type of a joystick is defined by the maximum available number of steps. In addition to the version with 5 steps, there is one more option with 2 steps.

Note: the above image shows the standard knob. AL-04 single axis joystick, when used, needs an area that must be guaranteed for its correct actuation. This area is a 89,5 mm from neutral position of the joystick. |

AL-04 single axis options
The AL-04 single axis joystick family can be customized with the following options:
• friction (position hold)
• gaiter
• knob type
• angle limiter
Every cableless or cable control system can have each joystick configured in a different way in relationship of the requests with the machine and its application.
FRICTION (POSITION HOLD) |
There is the possibility to have the various versions of AL-04 joystick with friction (position hold) function. The weight change to 132 g. |

GAITER |
The MTEC standard is in silicon with 40 ShA material, but CR with 50 ShA material is also an available option. |
KNOB TYPE | |
They are available in two different shapes: • standard knob • stick knob |

ANGLE LIMITER | |
The angle limiter blocks the lever stroke separately of any semi axis at angles narrower than the 36° maximum.
Configurable positions are: • zero operating step: 0° angle run • one operating step: 7,2° angle run • two operating steps: 14,4° angle run • three operating steps: 21,6° angle run • four operating steps: 28,8° angle run • five operating steps: 36° angle run without angle limiter Each angle limiter is mounted in the joystick with two M 2x4 mm screws. The recommended screw torque is 0,3 Nm |
