AL-02 features

YOKE TYPE

Each joystick has two yokes: one for its x-axis and one for its y-axis. The yokes type of a joystick is defined by the maximum available number of steps in each axis.
In addition to the version with 4 steps, there is one more option with 2 steps.

MECHANICAL DETENTS
The mechanical detents with analogue output is also available depending on the selected yoke type.
DIMENSIONS (mm)
Note: the AL-02 joystick, when used, needs an area that must be guaranteed for its correct actuation.
This area is a 78x78 mm with digital tracks or 71,6x71,6 mm with analogue tracks from neutral position of the joystick.

AL-02 options

The AL-02 joystick family can be customized with the following options:

• angle limiter
• friction (position hold)
• coulisse type
Every cableless or cable control system can have each joystick configured in a different way in relationship of the requests with the machine and its application.

ANGLE LIMITER
The angle limiter blocks the lever stroke separately of any semi axis at angles narrower than the 28,8° maximum.
Configurable positions are:
• zero operating step: 0° angle run
• one operating step: 7,2° angle run
• two operating steps: 14,4° angle run
• three operating steps: 21,6° angle run
• four operating steps: 28,8° angle run
Each angle limiter is mounted in the joystick with two M 2x4 mm screws. The recommended screw torque is 0,3 Nm.
FRICTION (POSITION HOLD)
There is the possibility to have the AL-02 joystick with friction (position hold) function. One or both axses are available. The weight change to 184 g (one axis frictioned) or to 198 g (both axes frictioned).
COULISSE TYPE
They are available:
• cross gate: prevents diagonal movements of the lever
• single axis: allows only one direction of movement
• other options on demand.

Note: the coulisse type must be specified with the order placement.
